These Terms govern your access to and use of Resume Annex (“we”, “us”). By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
Resume Annex provides resume analysis, rewriting, and related career materials. Some features are AI-assisted and may include guidance, suggestions, and generated text.
2) Purchases, subscriptions, and delivery
- Prices and inclusions are described on the Pricing page at time of purchase.
- After payment, you receive an intake link to submit resume/job details.
- Delivery timelines may vary by package and workload; we will provide reasonable updates through email.
3) Refunds and revisions
Because services involve time and work product, refunds may be limited once intake is received and work begins. If your package includes revisions, they must be requested within the revision window listed in your package.
4) Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful content or sensitive data you are not authorized to share.
- Do not attempt to abuse, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Do not submit prompts intended to override safety, extract secrets, or manipulate system behavior.
5) AI limitations (important)
- AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying factual accuracy.
- Do not submit confidential information you would not share in a hiring process.
- AI results are guidance, not legal, financial, or medical advice.
6) Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and software are owned by Resume Annex. You own your original resume content. Deliverables created for you may be used by you for personal job-search purposes.
7) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Annex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities, lost income, or hiring outcomes.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
